# §306.116. Scope and effect of book-entry procedure.

- (a) Except as provided in [§ 306.117](/cfr/31/306.117.md), the provisions of [31 CFR part 357](/cfr/31/part357.md), subparts [A](/cfr/31/subpartA.md), [B](/cfr/31/subpartB.md), and D apply.
- (b) **This subpart is effective January 1, 1997.**
