# §23.47. Hearings, decisions, post-termination proceedings.


Treasury procedural provisions for hearings, decisions, and post-termination proceedings applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its implementing regulations within [Title 31 of the CFR](/cfr/31.md) shall apply to Treasury enforcement of these regulations.
