# §19.210. Which nonprocurement transactions are covered transactions?


All nonprocurement transactions, as defined in [§ 19.970](/cfr/31/19.970.md), are covered transactions unless listed in [§ 19.215](/cfr/31/19.215.md). (See appendix to this part.)
