# §129.4. Recordkeeping requirement.


Reporters shall maintain all information used in preparing a report under this part for the period specified in the notice published by the Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to [section 129.3](/cfr/31/129.3.md), and shall make this information available for review and inspection at the request of the Department of the Treasury.
