# §1028.400. General.


Operators of credit card systems are subject to the recordkeeping requirements set forth and cross referenced in this subpart. Operators of credit card systems should also refer to [Subpart D of Part 1010](/cfr/31/part1010-subpartD.md) of this Chapter for recordkeeping requirements contained in that subpart which apply to operators of credit card systems.
