# §1026.200. General.


Futures commission merchants and introducing brokers in commodities are subject to the program requirements set forth and cross referenced in this subpart. Futures commission merchants and introducing brokers in commodities should also refer to [subpart B of part 1010](/cfr/31/part1010-subpartB.md) of this chapter for program requirements contained in that subpart which apply to futures commission merchants and introducing brokers in commodities.
