# §1024.300. General.


Mutual funds are subject to the reporting requirements set forth and cross referenced in this subpart. Mutual funds should also refer to [subpart C of part 1010](/cfr/31/part1010-subpartC.md) of this chapter for reporting requirements contained in that subpart which apply to mutual funds.
