# §955.2. Implementation.


In accordance with §§ [750.19](/cfr/30/750.19.md), [816.61(c)](/cfr/30/816.61.md?p=c) and [817.61(c)](/cfr/30/817.61.md?p=c) of this chapter, after June 30, 1987, in Federal program States and on Indian lands any person who is responsible for conducting blasting operations at a blasting site shall have a current OSM blaster certificate.
