# §947.815. Performance standards—coal exploration.

- (a) **Part 815 of this chapter, <I>Permanent Program Performance Standards—** Coal Exploration, shall apply to any person conducting coal exploration operations.
- (b) Any person who conducts coal exploration operations shall comply with the Washington Forest Practices Act, RCW 76.09, and regulations promulgated pursuant to it.
