# §941.780. Surface mining permit applications—minimum requirements for reclamation and operation plan.

- (a) **Part 780 of this chapter, <I>Surface Mining Permit Applications—** Minimum Requirements for Reclamation and Operation Plan, shall apply to any person who makes application to conduct surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
- (b) Each applicant for a permit shall demonstrate compliance with the South Dakota laws on air pollution, S. D. Comp. Laws Ann. Chap. 34A-1, water pollution control, S. D. Comp. Laws Ann. Chap. 34A-2, and solid waste disposal, S. D. Comp. Laws Ann. Chap. 34A-6.
