# §937.842. Federal inspections.

- (a) [Part 842](/cfr/30/part842.md) of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
- (b) OSM will furnish a copy of each inspection report regarding inspections conducted pursuant to this subpart to the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries.
