# §937.762. Criteria for designating areas as unsuitable for surface coal mining operations.


[Part 762](/cfr/30/part762.md) of this chapter, Criteria for Designating Areas Unsuitable for Surface Coal Mining Operations, shall apply to surface coal mine operations beginning one year after May 28, 1982.
