# §933.784. Underground mining permit applications—minimum requirements for reclamation and operation plan.


[Part 784](/cfr/30/part784.md) of this chapter, Underground Mining Permit Applications—Minimum Requirements for Reclamation and Operation Plan, shall apply to any person who makes application to conduct underground coal mining except that for the purposes of [part 933](/cfr/30/part933.md), the paragraph in [§ 784.17](/cfr/30/784.17.md) shall be replaced by the following two paragraphs:
