# §910.842. Federal inspections.

- (a) [Part 842](/cfr/30/part842.md) of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
- (b) The Office will furnish a copy of any inspection report or enforcement action taken to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources upon request.
