# §905.846. Individual civil penalties.


[Part 846](/cfr/30/part846.md) of this chapter, Individual Civil Penalties, shall apply to the assessment of individual civil penalties under [section 518(f)](/cfr/30/518.md?p=f) of SMCRA.
