# §905.842. Federal inspections.

- (a) [Part 842](/cfr/30/part842.md) of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
- (b) In addition to the requirements of [part 842](/cfr/30/part842.md), copies of inspection reports will be furnished, upon request, to the California Division of Mining and Geology.
