# §903.828. Special performance standards—In situ processing.


[Part 828](/cfr/30/part828.md) of this chapter, Special Permanent Program Performance Standards—In Situ Processing, applies to any person who conducts surface coal mining and reclamation operations that include the in situ processing of coal.
