# §885.11. Who is eligible for a grant?


You are eligible for grants under this part if:

- (a) You are a State or Indian tribe with a reclamation plan approved under [part 884](/cfr/30/part884.md) of this chapter; and
- (b) You have certified under [§ 875.13](/cfr/30/875.13.md) of this chapter that all known coal problems in your State or on Indian lands in your jurisdiction have been addressed.
