# §850.10. Information collection.


The information collection requirements contained in this part have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under [44 U.S.C. 3507](/usc/44/3507.md) and assigned clearance number 1029-0080. The information is being collected to meet the requirements of sections [503](/cfr/30/503.md), [515](/cfr/30/515.md), and [719](/cfr/30/719.md) of Pub. L. 95-87. This information will be used by the regulatory authority to assist in implementing the blaster certification program. The obligation to respond is mandatory.
