# §800.12. Form of the performance bond.


The regulatory authority shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The regulatory authority may allow for:

- (a) A surety bond;
- (b) A collateral bond;
- (c) A self-bond; or
- (d) **A combination of any of these bonding methods.**
