# §777.10. Information collection.


The information collection requirements contained in [part 777](/cfr/30/part777.md) have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under [44 U.S.C. 3507](/usc/44/3507.md) and assigned clearance number 1029-0032. The information is being collected to meet the requirements of sections [507](/cfr/30/507.md), [508](/cfr/30/508.md), and [510(b)](/cfr/30/510.md?p=b) of the Act. It provides general requirements for permit application format and contents. The obligation to respond is mandatory.
