# §750.19. Certification of blasters.


A person seeking to conduct blasting operations on Indian lands shall comply with the requirements of §§ [816.61(c)](/cfr/30/816.61.md?p=c) and [817.61(c)](/cfr/30/817.61.md?p=c) and [part 955](/cfr/30/part955.md) of this chapter.
