# §75.152. Tests of air flow; qualified person.


A person is a qualified person within the meaning of the provisions of [Subpart D](/cfr/30/subpartD.md)—Ventilation of this part requiring that tests of air flow be made by a qualified person only if he is a certified person under [§ 75.100](/cfr/30/75.100.md) or a person trained and designated by a certified person to perform such tests.
