# §725.10. Information collection.


The information collection requirements contained in 30 CFR [725.15](/cfr/30/725.15.md), [725.23(a)](/cfr/30/725.23.md?p=a) and [725.24](/cfr/30/725.24.md) have fewer than 10 respondents per year, they are exempt from the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act ([44 U.S.C. 3501](/usc/44/3501.md) et seq.) and do not require clearance by OMB.
