# §585.645. What must I include in my GAP?

- (a) Project information may be provided using a PDE. When you provide a range of parameters using a PDE, BOEM reserves the right to determine what range of values for any given parameter is acceptable. Your GAP must include the following project-specific information, as applicable:
- (b) You must include reports that document the results of surveys and investigations that characterize and model the site of your proposed activities. Your reports must cover the following topics:
- (c) If you are applying for a project easement, or constructing a facility or a combination of facilities deemed by BOEM to be complex or significant, you must provide the following additional information and comply with the requirements of [30 CFR part 285](/cfr/30/part285.md), [subpart G](/cfr/30/subpartG.md):
- (d) BOEM will withhold trade secrets and commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential from public disclosure in accordance with the terms of [§ 585.114](/cfr/30/585.114.md).
