# §583.340. What debarment or suspension obligations apply to transactions and contracts related to a project?


The parties to an agreement must ensure that all contracts and transactions related to an agreement issued under this part comply with the suspension and debarment regulations in 2 CFR part [180](/cfr/2/part180.md) and [2](/cfr/2/part2.md) CFR [part 1400](/cfr/30/part1400.md).
