# §581.6. Appeals.


Any party adversely affected by a decision of a BOEM official made pursuant to the provisions of this part shall have the right of appeal pursuant to [30 CFR part 590](/cfr/30/part590.md), except as provided otherwise in [§ 581.21](/cfr/30/581.21.md) of this part.
