# §560.501. How long will the confidentiality of electronic document and data transmissions be maintained?


The confidentiality of any electronically submitted information will be maintained for the same proprietary term that would apply to the corresponding non-electronic confidential submission, pursuant to [§ 556.104(b)](/cfr/30/556.104.md?p=b) of this chapter.
