# §285.602. What records must I maintain?


Until BOEM releases your financial assurance under [30 CFR 585.534](/cfr/30/585.534.md), you must maintain and provide to BSEE, upon request, all data and information related to compliance with the required terms and conditions of your lease, grant, reports submitted under this part and approved plans.
