# §282.41. Method of royalty calculation.


In the event that the provisions of royalty management regulations in [part 1206](/cfr/30/part1206.md) of chapter XII do not apply to the specific commodities produced under regulations in this part, the lessee shall comply with procedures specified in the leasing notice.
