# §282.2. Scope.


The rules and regulations in this part apply as of their effective date to all operations conducted under a mineral lease for OCS minerals other than oil, gas, or sulphur issued under the provisions of [section 8(k)](/cfr/30/8.md?p=k) of the Act.
