# §1241.10. May I seek judicial review of the IBLA decision?


You may seek judicial review of the IBLA decision under [30 U.S.C. 1719(j)](/usc/30/1719.md?p=j) in Federal District Court. You must file a suit for judicial review in Federal District Court within 90 days after the final IBLA decision.
