# §1220.022. Calculation of net profit share payment.


The net profit share payment shall be calculated by multiplying the net profit share base calculated in accordance with [§ 1220.021](/cfr/30/1220.021.md) by the net profit share rate. The net profit share payment shall be paid to the United States in accordance with [§ 1220.031](/cfr/30/1220.031.md).
