# §1202.51. Scope and definitions.

- (a) This subpart is applicable to Federal and Indian (Tribal and allotted) oil and gas leases (except leases on the Osage Indian Reservation, Osage County, Oklahoma) and OCS sulfur leases.
- (b) The definitions in [§ 1206.20](/cfr/30/1206.20.md) of this chapter are applicable to subparts [B](/cfr/30/subpartB.md), [C](/cfr/30/subpartC.md), D, and J of this part.
