# §810.145. Currency exchange.


The high-wage component of material and manufacturing expenditures (and assembly expenditures under [§ 810.300](/cfr/29/810.300.md)) is expressed in U.S. dollars—US$16 per hour. Rules governing currency exchange are set forth and addressed in the Uniform Regulations and regulations and/or guidance issued by the Department of the Treasury and/or CBP.
