# §785.46. Applicable regulations governing keeping of records.


Section 11(c) of the Act authorizes the Secretary to promulgate regulations requiring the keeping of records of hours worked, wages paid and other conditions of employment. These regulations are published in [part 516](/cfr/29/part516.md) of this chapter. Copies of the regulations may be obtained on request.
