# §780.1002. Statutory requirements.


Section 13(d) of the Fair Labor Standards Act exempts from the minimum wage provisions of [section 6](/cfr/29/6.md), the overtime requirements of [section 7](/cfr/29/7.md) and the child labor restrictions of [section 12](/cfr/29/12.md):
