# §6.45. Petition for review.


Within 30 days after the date of the decision of the Administrative Law Judge, any party aggrieved thereby who desires review thereof shall file a petition for review of the decision with supporting reasons. Such party shall transmit the petition in writing to the Administrative Review Board pursuant to [29 CFR part 8](/cfr/29/part8.md) if the proceeding was under the Service Contract Act, or to the Administrative Review Board pursuant to [29 CFR part 7](/cfr/29/part7.md) if the proceeding was under [§ 5.12(a)(1)](/cfr/29/5.12.md?p=a-1) of [part 5 of this title](/cfr/29/part5.md) or under [section 3(a)](/cfr/29/3.md?p=a) of the Davis-Bacon Act, with a copy thereof to the Chief Administrative Law Judge. The petition for review shall refer to the specific findings of fact, conclusions of law, or order at issue.
