# §6.1. Applicability of rules.


This part provides the rules of practice for administrative proceedings under the Service Contract Act, the Davis-Bacon Act and related statutes listed in [§ 5.1](/cfr/29/5.1.md) of [part 5 of this title](/cfr/29/part5.md) which require payment of wages determined in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Copeland Act. See parts [4](/cfr/29/part4.md) and [5](/cfr/29/part5.md) of this title.
