# §528.1. Applicability of the regulations in this part.


The regulations in this part shall govern the annulment or withdrawal of any certificate except a temporary certificate issued pending final action on an application, issued pursuant to parts [519](/cfr/29/part519.md), [520](/cfr/29/part520.md), 521, 522, 523, 524, and 527 of this chapter, and having effect under section 14 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
