# §503.47. Caption of proceeding.

- (a) Each administrative proceeding instituted under [8 U.S.C. 1184(c)(14)](/usc/8/1184.md?p=c-14), INA [section 214(c)(14)](/cfr/29/214.md?p=c-14) and the regulations in this part will be captioned in the name of the person requesting such hearing, and will be styled as follows:

  In the Matter of __________, Respondent.

- (b) For the purposes of such administrative proceedings the Administrator, WHD will be identified as plaintiff and the person requesting such hearing will be named as respondent.
