# §503.46. Commencement of proceeding.


Each administrative proceeding permitted under [8 U.S.C. 1184(c)(14)](/usc/8/1184.md?p=c-14) and the regulations in this part will be commenced upon receipt of a timely request for hearing filed in accordance with [§ 503.43](/cfr/29/503.43.md).
