# §502.43. Responsibility of the Office of Administrative Law Judges.


Upon receipt of the ARB's Notice pursuant to [§ 501.42](/cfr/29/501.42.md) of these regulations, the Office of ALJ shall promptly forward a copy of the complete hearing record to the ARB.
