# §501.15. Enforcement.


The investigation, inspection, and law enforcement functions to carry out the provisions of 8 U.S.C. [1188](/usc/8/1188.md), [20](/usc/8/20.md) CFR [part 655](/cfr/29/part655.md), [subpart B](/cfr/29/subpartB.md), or this part, as provided in this part for enforcement by WHD, pertain to the employment of any H-2A worker, any worker in corresponding employment, or any U.S. worker improperly rejected for employment or improperly laid off or displaced. Such enforcement includes the work contract provisions as defined in [§ 501.3(a)](/cfr/29/501.3.md?p=a).
