# §500.52. Right to hearing.


Any applicant or holder who desires an administrative hearing on the determination to refuse to issue or to renew, or to suspend or to revoke, a Certificate of Registration or a Farm Labor Contractor Employee Certificate of Registration, shall make a request in accordance with [§ 500.212](/cfr/29/500.212.md), no later than thirty (30) days after service of the notice referred to in [§ 500.210](/cfr/29/500.210.md).
