# §4903.16. How will PBGC refer debts owed to PBGC to private collection agencies?


PBGC will transfer delinquent debts owed to PBGC to the Financial Management Service to obtain debt collection services provided by private collection agencies. See [§ 4903.10](/cfr/29/4903.10.md) of this part.
