# §458.3. Application of LMRDA labor organization reporting requirements.


The reporting provisions of parts [402](/cfr/29/part402.md), [403](/cfr/29/part403.md), and 408 of this chapter shall apply to labor organizations subject to the requirements of the CSRA or FSA.
