# §457.14. Standards of conduct for labor organizations.


Standards of conduct for labor organizations shall have the meaning as set forth in the CSRA, [5 U.S.C. 7120](/usc/5/7120.md), and the FSA, [22 U.S.C. 4117](/usc/22/4117.md), and as amplified in [part 458](/cfr/29/part458.md) of this subchapter. The standards of conduct provisions of the CSRA and the regulations in this subchapter are applicable to labor organizations covered by the CAA pursuant to [2 U.S.C. 1351(a)(1)](/usc/2/1351.md?p=a-1).
