# §4233.17. Continuing jurisdiction.

- (a) PBGC will continue to have jurisdiction over the original plan and the successor plan to carry out the purposes, terms, and conditions of the partition order, [section 4233](/cfr/29/4233.md) of ERISA, and this part.
- (b) PBGC may, upon providing notice to the plan sponsor, make changes to the partition order in response to changed circumstances consistent with [section 4233](/cfr/29/4233.md) of ERISA and this part.
