# §408.6. Amendments to the Labor Organization Information Report filed by or on behalf of the subordinate labor organization.


During the continuance of a trusteeship, the labor organization which has assumed trusteeship over a subordinate labor organization, shall file with the Office of Labor-Management Standards on behalf of the subordinate labor organization any change in the information required by [part 402](/cfr/29/part402.md) of this chapter in accordance with the procedure set out in [§ 402.4](/cfr/29/402.4.md).
